Discovery Park Hong Kong is a 630,000-square feet (59,000m2) shopping centre within a residential development of the same name in Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan in the New Territories. It is one of the largest shopping arcades in Hong Kong.
Considered as the first of its kind in Hong Kong, Discovery Park introduced the revolutionary concept of integrating nature and shopping together to create a "Shopping Park".
The multi-level shopping complex is home to hundreds of retail stores and dining establishments. Each of its three levels has a unique nature theme and decorated with artificial trees and flowers.
Man-made rock formations and waterfalls provide a stunning backdrop for the over 130 shops selling all sorts of merchandise from fashion, shoes, children's apparel, home furnishing and electronics, as well as a bevy of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines.
Discovery Park's most spectacular architectural highlight is the skylight dome with an impressive stained glass roof depicting the four seasons. The skylight dome, said to be one of largest in Asia, is located above the 6,000-square metre multi-purpose lobby, a popular venue for holding large-scale promotional events and exhibitions.
Discovery Park is located at 396 Castle Peak Road, a five-minute walk from the Tsuen Wan MTR Station. There are signs leading to the shopping mall.
