Adjacent to the beach is the 6.3-hectare Butterfly Beach Park, equipped with landscaped gardens, promenade, pavilion, picnic facilities, barbeque grills, toilets, jogging track, camping area and a mini-soccer pitch.
Butterfly Beach is located at Area 45, Lung Mun Road, Tuen Mun in the New Territories. It can be reached by taking the Light Rail Transit (615P, 615, 610, 614P, 614, 507) or Bus to Tuen Mun Ferry Pier. Then, walk along the Tuen Mun promenade.
