iSQUARE is a shopping mall in Tsim Sha Tsui, housing 31 storeys of retail shops and restaurants. Its combination of unique architectural design, strategic location and innovative use of high technology and multimedia art makes it a very popular shopping destination in Kowloon. It is also the first shopping and entertainment complex in Hong Kong taht is directly connected to the highest traffic MTR station, Tsim Sha Tsui, making it conveniently accessible from all parts of the city.
Designed by architecture firms Rocco Design Ltd and Benoy, iSQUARE has an approximately 600,000 square feet retail space area for shopping, entertainment and iTOWER. The retail space area is located from the basement to level 8, with shops selling a variety of merchandise or services such as clothing and accessory, jewelry, audiovisual and electronics, health and beauty shops, and restaurants. The ground floor is designated for high-end fashion shops and renowned international brands.
On level 7, there are five mini-cinemas, which provide 1,000 seats. iTOWER has 20 stories and there are several restaurants inside. One of the levels is occupied by Associated International Hotels Ltd.
