Lam Tin Park is a beautiful public park built on top of a hill in Kwun Tong District, southeastern New Kowloon, Hong Kong. Dubbed as the biggest park in the area. it provides a peaceful respite to residents of various housing estates in Lam Tin.
The park was built along Black Hill in 1991 with its elevated location offering spectacular views of Kowloon East and the Victoria Harbor. Park facilities include a children’s playground, a 5-a-side football pitch, picnic areas, and hiking trails. There is also a lookout point at the peak of the hill.
Other nearby attractions are the Sceneway Plaza shopping mall and Sai Tso Wan Recreation Ground.
To get there, take MTR to Station, go out at exit B, and change bus route no. 215X or 216M; or bus route no. 16, 603, 603S, 889, N216; or GMB route no. 63 (from Kwong Tin Estate to Yue Man Square) or GMB route no. 24 (from Lam Tin to Lei Yue Mun).
