Nam Cheong Park is an urban park in Sham Shui Po area of Kowloon, Hong Kong. It opened in 1998 and is popular among residents of neighboring residential complexes in the area. The park is managed by Leisure and Cultural Services Department. It is very accessible being located near the Nam Cheong MTR station.
The park is not that big but has several open spaces, landscaped areas, children's playground and fitness equipment for the elderly. Play equipment for kids include a play house, swings, slides, and monkey bars. Exercise equipment for seniors include twister, stepper, rider, pull down machine, Tai Chi wheel, and upper back stretcher.
There is also a jogging track which is popular among runners. Surrounding the park are dense trees and vegetation which filter traffic noise and make the park an ideal spot for relaxation and meditation.
